1. IMPORTANT PRODUCT-USE NOTICE
Products sold under our Mycology / functional mushroom category are dietary and wellness products made from legal, non-controlled mushroom species (such as Lion's Mane, Reishi, Chaga, Cordyceps, Turkey Tail, Shiitake, and Maitake).
THESE STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE FOOD AND DRUG ADMINISTRATION. THESE PRODUCTS ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT, CURE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE.
'MERICA LLC does not sell psilocybin, psilocin, spore products, or any other controlled substance. None of our functional mushroom products are psychoactive.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund an order when the product is prohibited or restricted in the destination jurisdiction, when applicable law is unclear or changing, or when we reasonably believe the transaction could expose the Company to legal or regulatory risk.
If an order is canceled because of a legal or compliance restriction, 'MERICA LLC may issue a refund to the original payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 'MERICA LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from a customer's improper, unintended, or unauthorized use of a product.
14. CHANGES IN LAW OR PRODUCT LINEUP
'MERICA LLC reserves the right to immediately modify, restrict, discontinue, or remove products or shipping destinations when necessary to respond to changes in law, regulatory guidance, or business needs.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms, constitute the applicable terms governing purchases made through this website.
